Design of two (2) parallel-redundant 1600 KW diesel generating systems and two (2) separate, multi-module UPS systems with “on-line” synchronizing and tie systems. This system allows one entire multi-module to be disconnected from service while allowing another multi-module system to support the critical load. This project also required the design of distribution switchgear with load shedding and bus optimization capabilities.
