BlackRock Capital Management
MEP+FP fit-out of 85,000 SF of 100 Bellevue Parkway in the Bellevue Corporate Center. Work on the facility began in 2000. Ten months later, BlackRock was moving into the completed building, which housed trading operations, a Data Center, fitness center, cafeteria, and administrative offices.
Provident Mutual Life Insurance
Shell and core and tenant fit-out design of a new 75,000 square-foot, three story, office building. PEC provided full-service MEP design services including HVAC (water cooled, field fabricated, chiller units and roof-top air handlers), plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems including, energy management and control systems, and telecommunications / data throughout.

New general-purpose office building (50,000 sq. ft.) in Wilmington, Delaware. PEC designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, including VAV system, and distributive, digital energy management and control systems.

New telemarketing office building (60,000 sq. ft.) in Wilmington, Delaware. PEC designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, including VAV system and distributive, digital energy management and control systems, and data systems.

Spec Office Building
New office building for commercial leasing (45,000 sq. ft.) for Rokeby Realty in Wilmington, Delaware. PEC designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, including water source heat pump system, fire protection, and distributive, digital energy management and control systems. The project also included a 2-story open parking garage below the building.
Nemours Building
Complete renovation of four floors (125,000 sq. ft.) for new office and computer facilities. PEC designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, including VAV system, and distributive, digital energy management and control systems.
Dupont Building
Complete renovation of legal offices on the 7th floor of the Dupont Building. PEC designed HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, including conference centers’ special systems.
