Delaware School for the Deaf

Complete mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for a new 120,000 sq. ft. Educational School for the Deaf and a new 18,000 sq. ft. Student Residence Hall (Dormitory) in Newark, Delaware. The new education building included a 500 seat Auditorium.

Wrangle Hill Elementary School

Paragon Engineering Corporation provided complete mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for the design of the new 156,000 SF Elementary School for Colonial School District. The project included forty standard classrooms, two gymnasiums, a large cafeteria/kitchen, two sub-administration areas, and a state of the art library.

Astro School

Complete mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for the renovations to the existing ASTROPOWER high-bay manufacturing building in Glasgow, Delaware to facilitate the new 160,000 square foot, 1,200 pupil, Middle/Elementary School for the Christina School District. The project included the addition of a new 30,000 sq. ft. interior mezzanine level to provide six additional classrooms, a 350-seat auditorium, two (2) full-size gymnasiums and a full kitchen/cafeteria.

Perryville High School

HVAC upgrades to replace all HVAC equipment in the existing 125,000 sq. ft. building. The HVAC system included ten (10) cooling type units, nine (9) heating units, existing roof-mounted exhaust fans and all chilled water, hot water circulating pumps.

PolyTech Vo-Tech High School Classroom Addition

Complete mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for the new 30,000 SF classroom addition. The addition included standard classrooms, as well as two science classrooms, complete with Prep Rooms, storage areas, fume hoods, lab benches and utilities (electric, CW, HW, gas & air.

Sussex Vo-Tech High School

Complete mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for the addition of a new 60,000 sq. ft. classroom wing, library, broadcast studio, cafeteria common/gathering area and new mechanical room.

Lincolnville Central School

The design of this 23,000 square foot school was completed in 54 days. It houses Kindergarten thru 8th grade. The facility includes classrooms, multi-purpose room, computer room, library / resource center and science lab.
